• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping. Includes basic tracking.

Delivery times may extend during holidays or due to customs. You’re responsible for providing a correct address, and any delays from incorrect information aren’t our liability. Once shipped, risk of loss passes to you, so track your package closely.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to love your Roxy swimwear! If not, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. For health reasons, we can’t accept returns on worn swimwear or items without tags. Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] with the required details. Once approved, ship the item using a trackable method. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return, issued to your original payment method.
